TPS Association Management Services (TPSAMS) was started because we saw many Association Management Companies and Association Managers try to tell the Board of Directors what they have to do and when they have to do it, based on their time frames and procedures.  This makes things more difficult than they have to be and adds stress to the process of managing a community.  While there are some things, of course that have deadlines, such as taxes, and State Filings, most Association Tasks and Projects are a matter of Board Decisions based on finances, timing, and planning.  TPSAMS is here to provide information, advice, and assistance to the Community Board of Directors so that they can make informed decisions for the good of their community.

Our Licensed Community Managers (LCAMs) and Office Personnel have degrees in Business and Education as well as advanced Community Association Management Designations.  This means that we spend more than just the basic 18 hours it takes to get a Community Association Management License in the state of Florida and we stay current on the ever changing statutes.
