• Please submit an ARC Form for any exterior modification to your property. 
• Briefly describe the modification and/or addition you are proposing. 
• Read the form and make sure to include the documentation indicated for your project. i.e. Survey Maps, Measurements, drawings; to prevent denials, or delays due to incomplete applications.
• Include an image of what you would  like to add or modify to your home as well as the plans of how you will execute the project.
